Hi Timothy,

Karaf 3 will stick with this version as it's the version used by Pax Web
3.x and we usually don't upgrade Major versions in Minor version updates.
Karaf 4 already uses Pax Web 4, which uses Jetty 9, Pax Web 4.1 is already
on the road which will provide Jetty 9.2
as Karaf 4 is still in development we might have Pax Web 4.1 with it soon.

Usually a rough roadmap for Pax Web can be found at [1].
A more detailed roadmap is available at [2].
