By included, I thought about just refering Sling feature XML in
etc/org.apache.karaf.features.repo.cfg (as we do for other projects like
Camel, ActiveMQ, Cellar, etc).
In the Decanter feature XML, we can add <repository/> tag to Sling
feature XML.
