Hi JB,
Thank you very much for your reply!
you are right: repository-proxy creates the OBR metadata (repository.xml) based
on an existing repository (or storage).
However, check if the repo is registered in the obr url (obr:url-list).
If not, you have to register the repo with obr using cave:repository-install.
I see, thanks for the hint. I missed the part about having an existing
repository. :-/
These are the steps I am taking:
cave:repository-create artifactory
cave:repository-proxy artifactory http://my.repo/repo/
cave:repository-install artifactory
obr:url:list
Index | OBR URL
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
0 | file:/opt/local/apache-karaf-3.0.3/cave/my-repository/repository.xml
1 | file:/opt/local/apache-karaf-3.0.3/cave/artifactory/repository.xml
The repository is installed as an OBR URL, but:
obr:list
Name | Symbolic Name | Version
------------------------------
No matching bundles
My bundles do not show up. :-(
Is there a step I am missing?
Cheers,
=David
