Hi,
as you can see on the website, you can install Cellar directly from
Karaf, no need to download:
karaf@root()> feature:repo-add
mvn:org.apache.karaf.cellar/apache-karaf-cellar/3.0.3/xml/features
karaf@root()> feature:install cellar

I'm not able to download the Cellar binaries from the links at the top of
the Cellar download page here:

The links at the top of the page don't go anywhere or download anything when
clicked. I've tried IE, Chrome and FireFox. Am I missing something? I'm
also unable to download the source archives. I can get to this page (a list
of mirrors) but all of the mirror links return 404 - not found when clicked.
