Hi,

Well, configuration is usually added to your feature, might take a look at
the PAX Web feature definition.
Same for wrapped bundles, just make sure you're using the wrapped maven
coordinate.
And since you're having a wrapped bundle in your feature make sure you also
have the wrap feature defined as feature prerequisite.
