I'd like to know the answer as well, not specifically for this problem, but in
general how to configure service dependencies to ensure correct start order

Subject: org.apache.felix.service.command.CommandProcessor service not running
[ EXTERNAL ]

I have a bundle that relies on the
org.apache.felix.service.command.CommandProcessor service being up and
running. This was working on a karaf 3.0.1 server, but on a 4.0.1 server I
recently set up, this service is not running. How can I make sure that the
service is started when karaf starts?
