yes, it's webconsole plugin. The feature view, gogo shell view, etc on
the webconsole are Karaf plugins.
A plugin is a bundle providing a Servlet service with
felix.webconsole.label and alias properties.
The impl can extend AbstractWebConsolePlugin.
