Hi,
yes, once the instance is stopped, you can create an archive (zip) of
instances/mystuff and recover.
Be careful, the instance has to be described in etc/instances.properties
to be seen by the instances service.
Maybe it could make sense to add a couple of commands to deal with that
(for convenience).
