Looks quite interesting.
What is your goal with the project? Do you want to build up a community
or just provide some useful code?
If you do not plan to build a community, and I imagine it is pretty hard
to, then you might consider to donate the code to some existing project/s.
Some of the features might be good additions to karaf.
