Hi,

You should use feature instead of bundles.

If you have a feature describing bundles, it will work.

For the bundle, if you do cluster:bundle-install/start of the first bundle and then on the second one, it should work.

I plan an enhancement there (by storing additional stuff like the order).

By the way: keep in mind that by default, only cluster:* commands update the cluster. If you want to sync the "local" events, you have to enable it in etc/org.apache.karaf.cellar.groups.cfg (sync).
