We are using the EIK plugin for our development environment and it is
working quit good. We are using the following versions:

EIK-Plugin: Build the plugins with commit
d9fa9a695bc7818ee88e9029e319c0924297b42b from GitHub
eclipse Luna  20150219-0600 Eclipse for RCP and RAP Developers
