Maybe it's better to ask another way.

What's the recommended way to develop OSGi-Bundles for Karaf with
Eclipse? PDE? Bndtools? Is it recommended to use a "palin" OSGi
container (Felix/Equinox) while developing in order to have short
turnaround cycles?
