Hello - there is an issue that was resolved in Aries Transaction Manager 1.3.1 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARIES-1621) that I would like to have included in Karaf 4.0.8. I searched the Karaf JIRA issues and did not find a "Dependency upgrade" issue for it.
Is there anything I can do to help get that dependency upgraded? Should I create the JIRA issue, submit a patch?
