When building simple-commands, an artefact is missing:

        <dependency>
            <groupId>com.javatechnics.jpa</groupId>
            <artifactId>simple</artifactId>
            <version>1.0.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
            <scope>provided</scope>
        </dependency>

Does this have to be installed seperately?
