Hi JB,

Yes, I probably should have been clearer.  I ran karaf.bat and received
that message.  I wasn't sure the best way to troubleshoot it, but I
certainly can if it would be helpful.

Not sure if it might be because I invoke karaf.bat from a few levels down
in the directory tree (So I can run the custom dist I build from my maven
project)  basically I run the bat from my project directory for the custom
distribution so something like, target\assembly\bin\karaf.bat not sure if
that could be causing it?
