A few years back I tried this monitoring solution but I could not get the filtering right, getting so much events that the whole thing would just block. Swapped to Jolokia and HAWTIO, using jmx over http, working stable ever since. I will have a go at the new version, do you know any documentation or blogs, besides the default, giving useful hints?
