I've checked the imported packages and I can see that : imports | grep org.springframework.beans.factory.config org.springframework.beans.factory.config | [4.0.0,5.0.0) | unresolved | 73 | org.apache.activemq.activemq-osgi But for exported packages : exports | grep org.springframework.beans.factory.config No bundle seems to export the needed package...
