Hi

In Karaf itself (just for runtime, not the build), I'm working on a couple
of core dependencies, but it's not a huge effort (SecurityManager and Guard
are not super complicated).

The challenge is more on the "third party" features. This is pretty hard to
guarantee that all features will work smoothly with Java 25.

That's why, as we did in the past for Java 17, I'm proposing a Java 25
support (runtime) for Karaf 4.4.x, without the guarantee that all features
will work.

I'm about to submit Karaf 4.4.10 to vote, Java 25 supports (best effort)
will come on 4.4.11.

Regards
JB
