My team is upgrading Knox and I was looking for the replay_buffer size tag for the Hive component in the topology. This was a problem in the past where third party Hive query tools would generate large queries that exceeded this buffer max whilst Knox conducted the Kerberos dance to HiveServer2.
While looking for the parameter, I found this JIRA: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KNOX-885 and the comment in it. Is the replay buffer setting no longer needed on v.7 and beyond? Thanks, Kris
