As IMPALA-2999 is still open, so truncate from impala is not possible now. Can I truncate a kudu table using kudu side tools? kudu-admin only has delete_table operation
btw, delete_table is very useful, once when I drop a big kudu table from impala-shell and it fails, the metadata between impala and kudu is out of sync, neither can I drop nor create the same table. and kudu-admin saves me!
