You need to have Partition Column in your fact table, which should be
'date' type.

then when create your cube, at step 'Refresh Setting', pick up you
partition column and set the start date you want to build.

when you build your cube, you will get prompt to input your end date,and
next time you build your cube, the end date will be used as start date.

so you can get data build incrementally
