Hi Luke, I have been testing out MSTR with Kylin and the experience has been pretty poor. However, this does not seem to be a Kylin issue and more to do with the way MSTR is sending requests to Kylin. I have seen tickets on the MSTR jira to build a proper connector and am still waiting on it. Until this happens, Kylin with MSTR appears to be unworkable.

We have not tested with MSTR yet but there's one friend who have tried MSTR with Kylin and could work, with a little bit limitation. Unfortunately, they are not in this mailing list... Please try and report any issue or bug to Kylin JIRA, we will check if it's really Kylin's issue. Thanks. "MicroStrategy is now evaluating Kylin in house and a certificate connection between MicroStrategy and Kylin should come out soon in near future..." I saw the above note at: https://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg02267.html I tried using the latest Kylin ODBC driver with Microstrategy. I can connect to Kylin successfully & I can see my Cube & Dimensions under 'Available tables' inside 'FreeForm', but when I run a query, I get 'SQL Pass 0 failed to execute'. The same query runs successfully in Kylin UI. Am I doing something wrong - or - does the ODBC driver not work with 'MicroStrategy Analytics Enterprise with SQL Server Standard' version 9s (9.5)? I am using the Microstrategy EC2 image on AWS. Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
