Today another user reports that:

"deploy kylin on aliyun,
web console net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED
and when tomcat server.xml compress=on.
so I disable compress ,then it's ok to use"

Please manually edit $KYLIN_HOME/tomcat/conf/server.xml, find the
"compress=on", change it to off and try again.
