Hi Kumar, There are two kinds of algorithms. The cube planner algorithms, greedy & generic (for large domain), are for cuboid selection. While layered & fast cubing algorithms are for how to build cuboids.
The idea of fast cubing is to build the whole cuboid lattice in the memory of mappers to speed up the whole building process.
