Please check the bin/find-hadoop-conf-dir.sh, which is trying to locate your HADOOP_CONF_DIR (where core-site.xml, yarn-site.xml should be). If Kylin couldn't correctly find it, you can manually set it in conf/kylin.properties with "kylin.env.hadoop-conf-dir"
