Hi, In Kylin2.6, Kylin have a important enhancement (KYLIN-3671 Improve ResourceTool and JDBCResourceStore's performance), which refine the ResourceStore implementation, maybe it’s the reason of delay. In my opinion, please check if your Hbase cluster is in health state firstly, if you find that delay is not caused by the HBase cluster, maybe you could use some tools(https://alibaba.github.io/arthas/trace.html) to trace the calling path of HBaseResourceStore. ---------------- Best wishes, Xiaoxiang Yu
