Hi Shaofeng and Khalil Mejdi, Thank you for your reply. I have changed the configuration of kylin.properties, checked the SMTP Settings, reloaded kylin config, and restarted kylin.sh ,but nothing worked. Then I tried Shaofeng's suggestion and it worked. Thank you all for your kind help and advice.

I'm not sure how that was written. In your case, you can true to set the "startttls" to false and then try again. Or you can modify the code to update all these two ports when StartTLS enabled.
