can intersect_value and intersect_count achieve cross-cube aggregation?

Based on the current version of kylin 3.1.0, can intersect_value and 
intersect_count achieve cross-cube aggregation? If not, can you do secondary 
development based on the existing architecture to achieve this requirement?
