I have this problem too on every save with Lenya 1.2.2 and bundled Jetty (fresh binary install but content carried over from 1.2.1). It also happened with a clean install of 1.2.1 on Jetty. Fortunately it doesn't seem to have any nasty effects, it just looks bad to users. Any way to get rid of the message? Thanks, Paul.
