Schedule problem

Hi, I've trying performing a scheduled task for a document and got an 
error message. I searched the mailing list messages and found out that 
this issue has been discussed before but no solution was found then. 
I've looked in Bugzilla and found this reported bug related with the 
subject http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=35010.
I'm using Lenya 1.2.3 with Tomcat 5.0.28 and jre 1.4.2_08. As there been 
any breakthroughs meanwhile?
