You can put the files anywhere as long as you change all references to
the files. Fallback in 1.2.2 wants similar directory structures for
global and {pub}\lenya. I moved the search XSL files from
{pub}\lenya\xslt\search to {pub}\xslt\search for my installation
(which created a bug in my instructions when I uploaded a new
usecase-search.xsl.)
I do not have a src directory. All instructions are implemented
within the publication, except for the server-wide bug fix at the
beginning of the Search instructions.
