I found the following in log4j.log, in case this might help .. this
happens when I click on "Save" in Kupu after adding the image from
Page or Pub Library section (if I click on the Exit button, it doesn't
crash, but doesn't save either).
A javascript alert is thrown, "Error saving your data. Response
status: 1223. Check your server log for more information". Log4j.log
contains :

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException:

By the way Kupu doesn't work at all in Firefox 1.0.4, nothing is
editable (no mouse pointer), neither does BXE. Both are ok under IE.
