I am not sure about 1.2.3 (too lazy to reinstall it ;-), but you probably
just have to replace the WARN/ERROR by DEBUG.
Also there should be a log4j.properties where you can set the log level.
btw, you might want to upgrade to 1.2.4 or even 1.2.X from SVN, because
they are using log4j as default and it's easier to configure.
