Don't get this file. This is from the an older CVS versions. We are
working to fix that.
is there a public cocoon svn repository? the cocoon page does not
mention one, and a casual glance at svn.apache.org did not reveal it
either... since the tarball is so big, i'd rather update than pull new
versions all the time.
