This feature hasn't been implemented in 1.4 yet. You can override the
Publish usecase and add the functionality, using whatever method you want.
I guess it would be cool to have an "export whole site" usecase as well.
The PublishingEnvironment is deprecated, it should proabably be removed.
If you need more precise instructions, feel free to ask. Of course it
would be appreciated if you shared your implementations with the community.
