you can configure that within your usecase screens, e.g. publishing screen
of the University of Zurich publication:
pubs/unitemplate/lenya/content/publishing/screen.xsp

Look out for the notification prefix "not".
It seems to me that the default or blog publication are missing such
an example and it would make sense to add this either to the default or
blog publication.
