This was fixed in my version: http://solprovider.com/lenya/search 20050917: Fixed bug with navigation. usecase-search.xmap: 3 lines for breadcrumb, tabs, menu. Change "/index" to "{page-envelope:document-url}". I also filed it in Bugzilla: http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=35173 You can use the Easy Download, download just the corrected file from the update history, or manually change the 3 lines in usecase-search.xmap.
