Did you fix (or disable) the cache? http://solprovider.com/lenya/cache If not, Lenya will serve the first page generated to everybody. Login as an employee, then delete the contents of: {pub}/work/cache/live/ then immediately refresh the employee page. Did it work now? (If so, it will show the employee section to everybody.)
