I am facing the same issue in Win2K and Lenya 1.2.4 (Packaged version). First the file does not de-activate (fives out java class errors) and prompts for login; then the menu's for the document disappear. I am able to correct it on the server by deleting the nodes in the site XML and the corresponding folders and files, but this way-around is good only for a sandbox environment. Any updates on this will be much appreciated. Thanks!
