I am not familiar with WebSpehere but this is a very common message in
Apache. It simply means the browser has request the bookmark icon. This
is often used to make the site look custom in the URL bar, or to put
beside a link in your favorites/bookmarks. You could add one to the root
directory, and the message should go away. Otherwise, it shouldn't
affect anything.
