Hi Paloma
You need to copy
src/pubs/default/config/cocoon-xconf/index_manager_index.xconf to
yourpub/config/cocoon-xconf
Then edit it s/default-live/yourpubid-live/ and
s/default-authoring/youpubid-authoring/

my lenya-related directories). I made a fresh checkout this morning
to see if my tree was somehow broken but I still can't find this file.
I'm wondering if this file has been renamed or now this problem must
be solved any other way.
