You don't have to (because Jetty uses the webapp in build/), but next
time you build Lenya, it will use the file in src/ to build the
application, so all your changes in /build will be overriden with the
src/ files.
So, build/ is where the "compiled" webapp is created, and src/ is where
the source code is. In case you use Tomcat, /build will be additionaly
copied in your tomcat/webapp/ directory.
