Hmm, if you place it to
{yourPub}/lenya/modules/opendocument/xslt/opendocument2xhtml.xsl and do 
./build.sh clean
./build.sh
./lenya.sh

It should be triggered.

Blank page sounds a lot like not matching something. ;)

Can we see the first 10-20 lines of the stylesheet you are using?
