My clients are trying to copy & paste from MS Word to Lenya and they are
getting an error about the xml entity rsquo being undefined.
The word doc has a string (probably a URL) that breaks the XML as the
parser thinks its an entity, ctrl+F for "&rsquo" (without the quotes)
and change it to "&rsquo".
