thanks for the confirmation. I guess it's a Cocoon problem. It probably
tries to build
a pool of connections during startup and doesn't receive a timeout,
whereas maybe one
can configure a timeout, but I don't know how ...

I have installed Lenya with a DB connection, whereas the DB is behind a
firewall and cannot be reached.
This leads to that the server (Jetty or Tomcat) doesn't startup
properly. I guess it's because a connection
tries to be established and there is no time-out or just a very "slow" one.
Any other experiences like that?
