Did you set enable.uploads=true in your local.build.properties ?

Do I need to set it in the Cocoon Build Properties local.build.properties?
I tried changing it in build.properties in the /apache-lenya-1.2.4-src/
directory. It didn't work.

It's working now...I had to clean out the old build
sh build/sh clean
