how to access custom document outside lice area

Hi lenya devs
i am using lenya 1.2.4 , could anybody tell me, that how can i access my custom document other then live area, i have stored them
outside live area, how can i access them in lenya , i know i should'nt have written however it very urgent as i got stuck at this point
