Hello!
I added a custom metadata set to my publication (based on the default
publication). I followed these instructions:

The custom medadata insertion seems to be broken with the latest
version (I'm not shure when exactly that occured, it used to work).
The custom metadata input fields show up in the site/Meta tab. But
entered values in the custom metadata fields are not saved. The
custom metadata xml nodes in en.meta are not created.
Were there any changes in the custom metadata usage recently?
