The changes to sitetree2nav.xsl were not compatible with the
sitetree generation for the site tab. Now the UuidToUrlTransformer
is configurable and used for this scenario as well.
Works better: The «opening of subtrees» is working now. But the
click on
a document name does not do much; the focus stays on the «authoring»
node.
Strange, it works in my local sandbox ... Did you try clearing
the browser cache?
upps - I'm sorry; I did a clean build and «pling» it also works on my
box.

There are still problems. To replicate, turn on uploads, upload a file,
then go to it via the site tab. If everything works, go to another node,
then back to the uploaded node. This should cause the error. Upload a
PNG or JPEG and I get this when trying to view it from the site tab:
