Apache-lenya 1.2.4 : Desynchronization between authoring & Live

We have the following issue with apache-lenya 1.2.4 to our environment : Live 
and authoring environment are not synchronized.
 
For example :I have a document which is in TRASH , but  the workflow state is 
authoring and it is in live ...
        Overview
        Title: XXX - xxxxx
        Description:  
        Workflow State: authoring 
        Live: yes 
        Available Languages: de, en, fr,
        Last modified: 2007-09-28 09:24:04 
        Document ID: /goto-XXX 
        Resource Type: exitlink 
        Visibility in navigation: visible 

Is there any possiblity to solve this issue ?
